Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility: Specify under what circumstances customers are eligible for a refund. This might include criteria such as:

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
    • Clothing items must have tags attached
    • Digital products may need to be unopened or unused
  5. Return Shipping & Duration : Customer is responsible to return the product within 7 days of receiving the order and must inform the same and share the tracking number to the customer case number or through the Email and in case of rejection of order then the Customer is responsible to bear the courier charges for covering the cost of return shipping.
  6. Exceptions: List any items or circumstances that are not eligible for refunds. For example:
    • Personalized or customized items
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Digital downloads or services that have already been provided
  7. Process for Requesting Refunds: Once the returned product is received by the company, then we will process the refund within days .
  8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the order must be done within 24 Hours of placing the order and if the order is shipped within 24 Hours then the company will be responsible to refund the amount after receiving the returned product from the customer and The customer must mention the reason for cancelling order before they have been shipped.
  9. Changes to the Refund Policy: Reserve the right to update or change the refund policy at any time, and specify how customers will be notified of any changes.
